Can I at least tell your grand daughter that you have some kind of card for her 10th birthday in the mail and that it just didn't arrive in time? She wasn't exactly heartbroken, but she did ask me if we would hear from you.
BACKGROUND
My daughter's 10th birthday was Christmas Eve. We did not hear from Maura at all that day, nor did a card arrive. About a week later, a package arrived dated the day after this email was sent, and contained a skirt for Rebecca. A week later, yet another toy arrived, again for Rebecca.
